How do I remove a forwarding email?

Hi! 

I am looking to remove a forwarding email from our account. I just need to remove one, not all. 

I tried to follow the steps provided here: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications 

but I don't even see this information anywhere on my homepage.

First you need to open the form where you want to remove the email recipients in the form builder, once there click on the email wizard icon, go to the advanced tab where you will find the email recipient addresses, there you can remove an email address by clicking on the "X" icon:
