How can I ensure that a pdf copy of the responses is sent to the applicant?

Asked by B2P on October 13, 2016 at 01:41 PM

We are running an application process through Jotform.

Unfortunately, a pdf of responses is not being provided to all applicants despite the proper buttons being assigned. Is there a way that we can make this possible?

I checked your form and the PDF attachment is disabled in your auto-responder settings. Please enable the PDF Attachment, here's a screenshot:

Hope that helps. If you need further assistance, let us know. We'll be glad to help you.

    Additionally,
I have a Notifier email set up on one of my forms but the
recipient address set up to receive that notification isn't getting any
emails, even though numerous forms have been submitted. Can you help us
figure out why the system isn't sending those notifier emails?

    Hello,

I have moved your question to another thread since the topic title is no longer associated to your additional concern (for prevention of confusing discussions on the thread topic).

We'll respond to your concern on the other thread as soon as possible.

    Thanks.
