Why has my JotForm Account been suspended?

    Hi, I am no longer able to login to my JotForm account and have lost access to my forms. Jotform says "account Suspended due to terms of use violation" and that I'm suspected of "phishing"..

    Now I realise that this suspension is a probably auto generated, and that you have millions of forms to monitor..

    This is most inconvenient as we have a deadlines to meet with the website we are working on.

    Hoiw long will you take to rectify the issue?

    As i can see, you've created a login form which is not allowed within JotForm. I've now reactivated your account. Please delete it as soon as possible or you might get autosuspended again. We'll be monitoring your account until you delete the forms which include a password field.
