Webcam JS Error from take photo widget in forms on IOSAsked by sungas on October 13, 2016 at 02:34 PM
This morning it started giving me a webcam.js error: No supported webcam interface found.
this is for all forms that have the area stated Take a Picture. It only occurs on an iphone.. Is there something to fix this?
We have had a few reports of this occurring with the take photo widget on IOS. We are forwarding the reports to our developers to have a look, I will include yours. We will let you know via this thread as soon as we have any updates.
Hi we apologize about this, unfortunately iOS does not support any webcam interface to support the widget. This is a mistake. The widget normally provides a classic file uploader to handle files.
We are currently looking for an alternative to make this work with iOS devices. Again we're sorry about this. Please try it again and let us know if you still facing the same issue.
