Email Notifications: Form has stopped sending us submissions

Our client contact form used to send email notices but has stopped doing so even though our email address is still entered in email notifications. We have missed some very important customer requests. Nothing in our spam folders.

    Why is this not working?

The email  address you're using in you form is currently in our bounce list, here is the reason:

Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.0 Unable to lookup DNS for mx3c1.meganameservers.com>

I have remove it and you should receive emails now, please also check this guide that will help you to avoid bouncing related issues: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
