why are my forms not forwarding with payment

    last few payments were received but forms were not forwarded even though they were filled out and I can see them in the recent submissions

    Ussually an Incomplete submission means that the customer might have aborted the payment process or there was something wrong with his/her credit card details and the payment gateway (Paypal, 2checkout, etc) failed to process it successfully

    But if your payments were recieved , all you have to do is to complete the pending submissions by clicking on the Incomplete Submissions button from the Toolbar  and then clicking on each and everyone 

    Complete Submission button will show up as shown below:



    In order to prevent this issue in the future , please follow this step by step instructions in order to enable IPN (Instant Payment Notification) within Paypal.
