We just got an email saying the plan details were changing from 7 forms to 5 forms but that we'd be grandfathered in. My question is can we now only have five TOTAL forms?? or is it just five ACTIVE forms? (we have at least 10 forms, but about half of them are not active).

You can have only five active forms, that means that you can archive or disable the rest, but won't be able to un-archive or re-enable them unless you upgrade.
