Unable to attache photos to our submission form

I have sent emails to support this Am about this issue. I got one response, I tried the suggestion on the response and it did not help, I responded that the suggestion did not work . I have not heard anything back and the form is not allowing photo submissions.

I found the other thread you opened, I can have replied to you on that thread with my findings when I tested your form, I was able to replicate it on my end using an iOS device, the thread has been escalated to our second level as well.
