Passing Custom Fields to Stripe

    Hello,

We're having difficulties with passing custom fields to stripe to show as meta data within stripe.

The following link shows how but I don't see the option listed with the new UI that you've rolled out.

Also, I need to show Alphanumeric info in a field. The conditional logic only allows me to show either numbers or letters, is there a way to show both?

Example, I have a list of invoices that will be paid (A123, B123, C123) I want them to show combined in one field with separating commas and sent as 1 meta data to stripe.

Please advise the best way to do this. Thanks.

The new UI of the Stripe configuration wizard doesn't include it yet the option for the Custom field.

To resolve this you can go back to the old UI temporarily. You can do it by appending the text &old=true in the URL in your Form Builder while the form is open.

    Example: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=62731544579969&old=true

once on the old UI, you can now see the Custom Field option in the properties of the Stripe payment tool.

Save your form once you have applied the needed custom field.

You can go back to the new UI once you close your browser and then login back to your Form Builder

Let us know if you are not able to do this.

We will resolve the other question separately here https://www.jotform.com/answers/960647

    Thanks.

Great, that worked but I can’t seem to get back to the new version even
after clearing cache and signed out and back in.

    Hi Adam,

I went back to the older version and tried to come back again to the new one. Once I cleared the cache of the browser, closed it and re-opened it and login my account I managed to get back to the new version without a problem. I think after following these steps you should have no problem getting back to new.

Please try again and see if the issue still persists. Let us know about the process.

    Thank you for contacting us.

To go back to the new wizard, please replace &old with &test

    Example:

    https://www.jotform.com//?formID=62731544579969&test

    Or

    https://www.jotform.com/?test

    Hope this helps!
