Cannot use a Template.

    I am using a iMac and have tried, unsuccessfully, in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari to create a new form using a template.

    I have searched for subscription templates and chosen an e-mail subscription template. In Firefox and Chrome the template is ringed in orange indicating that it is selected, but upon clicking "Continue" nothing happens. In Safari following the same procedure the template is ringed in orange indicating selection, but upon clicking "Continue" an error appears saying that a template must be selected before I can continue.

    May I ask for the name of the e-mail subscription template that you were trying to use? I checked several templates on that category and they all seem to be working fine. I was able to create a form from a template as seen in the recording below. Knowing the specific template would help us identify if the issue is related to that specific template or if it is based on the device used.

    In the meantime, can you please try a different device to see if the template works there?
