Two of our applicants for scholarships have received errors when they hit submit on the form: https://form.jotform.com/62408020176952
So far I have been unable to recreate the error on internet explorer or the latest versions of safari, Firefox or chrome.

One user said 'The error message flashed with something about my images not being uploaded and then the page went back to the application home back and didn't give me the option to go back.'
The other user called and described the error as saying that she hadn't uploaded the files (which she had) as it showed the data size and gave her the option to go back and fix it - which took her back to the start of the application and removed all the information she had entered.

I have tried submitting the form and I was not able to replicate the issue at my end as well. The form redirected to the Thank you page without any issue.
Generally, when the multiple files upload is selected for the upload field, it uploads the file to the server temporarily and at the same time Submit button is disabled to avoid accidental submission while uploading the file. I see that the all the file upload fields are selected with multiple file uploads.
The issue on the other thread is being caused by the FTP upload option which was resolved by our backend team. I have checked your JotForm and see that the FTP upload is not enabled. Could you check with your users which browser, OS, device being used so that we can try to replicate the issue at our end? This would help in providing any possible solution for the issue.

I managed to replicate the error on chrome today, I uploaded a screenshot to the form that was within the size limit. Instead of indicating the file size it came up with undefined and then changed to an error status. Upon submitting the form I then hit the error message mentioned by our users.

I have cloned your form and tried to run a test submission on it. While uploading the images one of them somehow failed but the form submitted without a problem. This should be a bug with our file uploading field tough.
Your screenshots should be of great help in the process of resolving this issue. Thank you so much for providing them and reporting this issue. I am now escalating a ticket about this. You will be notified as soon as it is resolved. We are sorry for the inconvenience that is caused by this.

I guess there was an issue with the upload field but it should be ok now. What is more, the fields on your first screenshot are not corresponding to the fields that seem to had not been filled on the second screenshot.
Can you please test your form again and see if you can replicate the issue? We will be waiting for your response.

Yes sorry about the screenshot differences - I uploaded the same image to two different questions which resulted in the failed to upload error, I didn't realise I'd screenshot two different ones till the end of the form.
I have tested it today and it seems to be working now.
