Why is my form freezing when the respondent hits submit?Asked by WhitestonePost on October 13, 2016 at 05:49 PM
People have been completing the form and when they hit submit the form says 'Please Wait' and nothing more happens. Looking in analytics we can see that they have accessed the form.
I cloned your form and sent several submissions. The cloned form seems to be working fine. All my submissions were sent successfully.
I see that you are currently using oembed to embed the form to your wordpress site. It may be possible that there is a conflict with the script on your web page that is preventing the form from being submitted. Can you please try embedding the form to your page using iFrame embed code? Here's our guide on Getting the form iFrame code.
Alternatively, you can also try our embed form plugin here: Embed JotForm in Wordpress using the Embed Form Plugin.
Please let us know if the issue persists. If it does, may we do some test submissions directly on your form? Thank you.
Thanks for that - I used Embed Jotform and everything works great, excellent support
