Why is my form freezing when the respondent hits submit?

People have been completing the form and when they hit submit the form says 'Please Wait' and nothing more happens.  Looking in analytics we can see that they have accessed the form.

I cloned your form and sent several submissions. The cloned form seems to be working fine. All my submissions were sent successfully.

I see that you are currently using oembed to embed the form to your wordpress site. It may be possible that there is a conflict with the script on your web page that is preventing the form from being submitted. Can you please try embedding the form to your page using iFrame embed code? Here's our guide on Getting the form iFrame code.
