    Submitted forms not being sent in email to me

    People are submitting forms that are not coming to me.  I went in a few days ago and deleted and reentered my email address.  After that, one came in email  Since then, 2-3 have been submitted that were not sent to me.

     

    Any thoughts?

    I checked your form https://www.jotform.us/form/61736093107151 email configuration settings, but I did not find any issue with it. The form email was properly configured.

    I also checked the submission emails being sent to the form Recipient E-mail which is coach@myfinancialfocus.net and I see emails were sent successfully.

    Can you please double check also on your side. Perhaps the sent emails were just being filtered by your email service as spam or junk email. Check if they were in your email junk folder.

    You can also tell us which submissions of the form did not sent the email. We'll review the submission to identify if the email failed on them.

    Let us know if issue persist.

    I believe my web guy has found them in a Spam folder that I was not aware of. He has whitelisted them for me.
