    I have a billing / account issue.

    Hi guys, 

    One of our clients has just sent me an email advising that the form we have made for them isnt working... 

    I checked my quota and plan and is says I'm still on the free plan, but I purchased a paid plan - transaction made below. 

    I have had to delete all the data from this form which i really didnt want to do, but they use the form a lot and we cant afford for them not to have access to it. 

    Credit card transaction:

    Not happy about this guys. 

    Can you confirm you will update my account to the plan I paid for and let me know if you can recover the data that I was forced to delete to keep the form live.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked our records and I can confirm that you have upgraded your account to Bronze monthly last September. With that in mind, I have now set your account to Bronze. 

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover deleted submissions. Once submissions are deleted, they are completely removed from our servers. However, if you have set email notifications, you should still be able to see the submissions in your email history. In the future, you can export the data so you have a backup when you delete the submissions. Here's How to export all of your data at once.
