I have tested MailChimp with a test form in my account and was able to integrate without any issue. I also see that the form submission is sent to MailChimp list normally.
Could you try reintegrating MailChimp with the form again and try generating a new API to see if that helps?

I tried what you suggested and it worked. However, now, the forms are no longer integrating like they should.

Could you please provide us with a bit more information on this issue? Have you re-integrated your forms with the MailChimp service, but new contacts are not being sent to your MailChimp account?
