I will forward this to our development team so they will be able to check what's happening so we can provide you the best possible solution for the issue. I'm sorry if we cannot provide an ETA to when this will be fixed, but rest assured that once there is an update, you will be notified in this thread.
Your forms and its link should work as expected. With regards to the format of the link, that's only another format/URL where your form can be accessed. As long as the Form ID is the same, it should be fine.
The links above are links to the same form but has different formats.

Regarding the link
You will first see that link but it should eventually change and you'll be redirected to the correct link of your form.
However, unfortunately, we still do not have updates on this matter. It's highly probable that the developer assigned is still working on another task which has the same priority. However, rest assured that once we have updates, we'll inform you right away.

I believe this is already fixed. Can you confirm on your end if you're still getting a pop-up message when you click "View Form" to view your form from the MyForms page?
