I just upgraded my account, htyearbook to the premium account but it is not showing. The details of my order are below. I recieved a confirmation from PayPal but nothing from jotform yet.
Date of sign up: May 1, 2012
Subscription Name: JotForm premium yearly for htyearbook
Subscription Number: S-5G380967B3178470X

I have checked your account and it's already set to Premium.
Please try logging out and then logging back in to refresh your browser's information. This should reflect the updated status of your account.
If this does not fix it, please let us know.
