I am signed on to our Stripe account but JotForm asks me to set valid credentials

    I am signed on to our Stripe account but JotForm does not accept that as enough, it asks me to set valid credentials before going forward.
    what is this ?

    Hello,

    As of checking your form, it shows that it is not connected to Stripe. In order to integrate your form with Stripe, it requires that the authentication is coursed through JotForm, and not by direct login to your account.

    What I mean by this is that there is a separate integration process that needs to be done. To do this:

    1) Edit your form, select the Stripe field and click the wizard icon

    2) On the Stripe wizard settings, click the blue "Connect with Stripe" button

    3) A new pop-up window should appear. You should click again the Sign in button and proceed with the authentication for integration.

    4) Once done, your form is now connected with Stripe. Just complete the wizard and save your form.
