Would the starter plan will be sufficient to receive 40-50 submissions?

Destination Melbourne is a not-for-profit organisation and we run a leadership program which requires us to create an online registration form. The registration form requires basic information about the program, along with questions about personal and professional details, some questions around the program and we ask them to upload their resume.

We will have maximum 40-50 people applying for this program. I'd like to know the following:

1- Would the Starter version be enough for this?

2- Currently, this is the only program we require to create an online registration form. If in the future we have another one, similar to this, would we need to upgrade for the Bronze for instance or do you have a plan where we can pay per registration?

    3-

Can I somehow get e-mail notifications when someone applies?

4- Lastly, is there a way to download or save each application? We were using Wufoo for this (although I'm really keen to change it) but I receive their notifications on email, every time someone applies for the program, and I can then save it on the organisation's shared driver.

    Kindest Regards,

    Hello Michelle,

#1. If you expect that only 40-50 users will submit your form then yes starter / free plan will be sufficient for your requirement. Please note that free plan will allow you to receive 100 submissions per month along with other limits. You may like to take a look at our pricing page for more information on available plans and its limits:  www.jotform.com/pricing

#2. As mentioned earlier, free plan allows you to receive 100 submissions per month. It also allows you 1000 form views, 10 payment submissions and 100 MB upload storage space. If you believe you will exceed these limits, you should upgrade your account. Please note that if you exceed any of your form limits, all your forms will be disabled and your users will not be able to submit form.

#3. I have moved your question to a new thread and you will be answered here:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/960803
