From submissions not received via email

    I have just noticed that I did not receive the last 4 form submissions to my email as normal.  I rely on receiving the submissions via email and it will cause problems if I don't as this is related to reservations that need to be received timely.


    Please advise what the reason for this can be and if there is any way to fix it.

    I don't see any issues with your form email settings. Your form emails are sent to your email address based on our Mail Log. You can check your email history to see the sent emails: 

    I would suggest checking your spam folder and make sure to mark the emails as not spam to whitelist Jotform.

    Or perhaps, you are getting payment submissions but they are listed in the incomplete payment list. Can you check this?

    Also, let us know the details of the submissions that you are not getting through email. The submitter's email address will do.
