I am hoping that you can help me with the following issues I am experiencing on JotForms:
· The formatting seen below is changing when I forward it as an email (i.e. on the original form there are spaces between the “Name and Date” labels and the actual entries; however there is not even one space between the two when it is forwarded).· It It takes an inordinate amount of time for the forwarded emails to be received. In fact, I sent a test of a submission to someone at 8:41 am and they still have not received it at 9:14 am. Yesterday during a test, it took several hours. Our tutors will be sending 5-13 emails each in one day when the send progress note submissions so this will be a problem.·WWWhen the submission form is made into a PDF, the formatting of the school’s logo expands and fills the upper part of the page horizontally.
·When I change it to a PDF a header appears ( see below “LS Monthly ERP…) that is not on the submission form and not wanted when emailing the form to parents.
·DDoes the sub-account have a limit for number of submissions per year?

Normally, it should be seen as the same as you see the actual submission. However, the source code is not loading at first but after you click the source code and then it is loaded. We are forwarding this issue to our developer. On the other hand, you can solve these issue manually for each time by following below instructions.
1. Click the source code.
2. Click the OK button.
