Unable to insert widget to a form

I cannot insert a widget, it won't let me.  The cursor shows me an PLUS sign with arrows, it won't show me an arrow.  If I click with the sign with arrows, it doesn't do nothing.  I am trying to upload a screenshot but it won't copy the sign with arrows, sorry.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, you're trying to add a widget to your form from the "More Fields (380)" located on the side panel of the builder page, is that correct?

May we know what widget are you trying to add and what form are you trying to add it to, please?

I have made some test and added a widget to a blank, newly created, form but I was not able to reproduce the issue you're having.

If you add the widget by clicking it on the list in the side panel, the widget's wizard should show on the right part of the page.

Try from a different web browser.  Google Chrome or FireFox tend to work best.  If you are still unable to add widgets to your form using a fresh browser, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
