Can I create 2 or 3 column forms?

want to create a booking form and have data like this

Sender Company                                    Receiver Company

Address 1                                               Address 1

City                                                       City

etc,

Yes, you can create 2 column forms here in JotForm. You can use the "Shrink, Expand, Move to a new line or merge to above line" function. Just right click on the field and this options will appear.
