Rec'vd an email saying we are behind in payment. Unable to get into website for an invoice. Believe we are set up for autopay.

I checked for an account associated with your email address and was unable to find any. I also did not see any billing information in our logs for your address. If you wouldn't mind letting us know the URL of one of your form or of a page one of your forms is embedded to, we will be happy to let you know the account they are associated with and the status of the subscription.
