how can i get my form code to paste in the blog template ?

You may select the platform you're using the Publish wizard. Here's a guide:

1. Click the Publish button in the Form Builder.

2. Go to the Platforms tab and select the blogging platform you're using.

3. Just follow the instructions provided and then click the Save button when you're done.
