Submit button is stuck on "please wait..."

I used a template for a contact page and the submit button is getting hung up on "please wait..." and it is not sending the form.

I was able to submit your form without any issues so I think you've figured this out already. Here's a screenshot of my submission:

If you are still experiencing the issue, I would suggest embedding your form using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. The issue is sometimes caused by a script conflict and our iframe embed will fix it.
