Me borró todas mis respuestas

Estimados,

necesito URGENTE por favor que vuelven a aparecer las respuestas a todos mis formularios. Se borraron todas las respuestas que existián previas a las 9,15 hs del día de hoy. Por favor, espero una respuesta lo más urgente posible, ya que no se como hacer para que vuelvan a aparecer.
