Is there a way to integrate the Docusign signature/name into the Google Sheet?

I completed a survey and integrated both Google Sheets and Docusign, but the docusign info is not in my google sheet. Is there a way to have a column in my Google sheet with the survey taker's name and signature imported from Docusign?

If I understand your question correctly it seems to me that you wish to have the name of the user from docusign included in a field within your google spreadsheet right?

I've tested this on my end where I found the name I entered on the form was signed and added to the google spreadsheet integration.

If you don't see any docusign field then it may have been due to you adding the spreadsheet first then the docusign widget afterwards probably.

To correct this issue simply remove the google spreadsheet integration from your form and re-apply it to your form and that will rebuild the spreadsheet with the docusign field and pull all the info into it.
