Form limit

Hello, 

I'm reaching out regarding a message that we received. We just created a new form and when saving, a message appeared which read that we reached our limit. We just upgraded our membership to storage, which should have given us more room. Would you please explain why we are receiving this message? We clearly have more than 5 forms in total so I'm not sure why/how the limit is 5. Is that 5 a month? Please explain.

I checked your account and I can see that you're subscribed to the Silver Plan. Thank you for upgrading your account.

The Storage plan has the same limit as the Free plan except for the total submission storage. Free plan is limited only to 5 forms and not a 5 forms per month.

Actually, the old storage plan users can keep the forms they created before the update. However, they will not be able to create a new one. We recently updated our pricing plan that you can see in the image you shared.
