How can I set the Textarea to accept Unlimited characters?

On my JotForm, I have a place where clients can type suggestions for us, a suggestion box. I ensured that there was not a limit on the amount of words that could be typed, but the box is limiting the amount of words that can be typed. How can I increase the word count?

Hello @bclair, I cloned your form and noticed the same problem. Even if the ENTRY LIMITS option is turned OFF, the TEXTAREA for your suggestions box is limited to just 200 characters.

However, adding a fresh TEXTAREA worked just fine. Here's a cloned copy of your form https://form.jotform.com/62876474739979 showing both an unlimited (the one I added) and a limited (your existing textarea) Suggestion box.

To fix this, try doing the same on your end. Add a new Textarea, set it up the way you have it setup at the moment. Once you confirm it's working without any character limits, just delete the old one and that should do it. Keep us posted :)
