    My Payment Tools Product Photo Formatting is off.

    Asked by cupcakesoncommand on May 01, 2012 at 02:27 PM

    When I add a product photo to my items in the Payment Tools for PayPal (standard, not Pro), the photo appears over the product information.  The formatting was fine in the past; however, something changed near the beginning of April because suddenly the pictures were covering the text.  I have increased the form width, the question width, the spacing, expanded and shrank the questions, shortened the text, etc. to no avail. I have tried it on multiple web browsers and on multiple computers and have had the same issue.

    What do I need to do to reformat my Payment Tools for that the product photo is off to the side of the options the way it used to be?

    This issue has already been reported to the developers.

    However, I have checked your form and I don't see the image on it, could you please add the image to the form  or insert it over here? you can use our images repository in order to obtain an URL for your image.

    I would probably find a custom CSS code for the solution

    I have added a couple of images back to the form for you.

    Thanks!

    Nicole, as Jeanette mentioned above, this issue has already been reported to our developers. One of our colleagues (fxr) has found a temporary solution. You can inject this CSS Code to your form.

    .form-product-image-with-options {margin: -5px 0 0 -70px;}

    I've also made a sample for you.

    I hope that helps.
