    Hi,

I created a form that allows users to upload their own photos. When I open the pdf version of the form, the photos are distorted and run off the page. I am not able to manually resize the photos. Please advise.

    Hi,

Were you referring to the submission's PDF download of your form https://www.jotform.us/form/62856295573166

I test it on one of your submission, but I could reproduce the issue of the picture being distorted in the PDF report file. The uploaded pictures in the form dynamically auto resize to the PDF report width so there was no overlapping.

    See screenshot image below.

Please correct me if I checked the wrong issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,
The pdf looks fine when I view it in JotForm on my MacBook Pro. However, when I viewed it on my work PC in JotForm the photos were distorted and overlapping.

If I understand you correctly, you are referring to the PDF form submission, is that correct?

I tried downloading one of your submission and the images in the PDF is showing properly. I opened it in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Reader.

What program are you using to open the PDF file?

If you are referring to a different issue, please let us know. Also, if it is possible to provide a screenshot, please do so. Thank you.
