Base on the screenshot you've provided, you are still on the OLD payment wizard. This is why you are not able to duplicate products which are only available on the NEW payment wizard. I think this is due to the fact that the new wizard is not yet released 10 100% of our users.
Anyway, you can simply switch to the NEW payment wizard by appending &test parameter in the form builder URL.
Or you can simply load this URL
You can change &test to &old if you want to go back to the old wizard whenever you want. :)
