You can use custom domains here in JotForm. Here's a helpful user guide: How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform.
Are you going to use your PayPal account or your clients PayPal account? If you need to collect payments here in JotForm, you need to use one of our payment processors. Please check these guides:
PayPal-Forms
How-to-Integrate-Form-with-PaypalHere's a guide on How-to-Upgrade-My-Account just in case.
Hope that helps. Thank you.

Unfortunately, you can only use 1 payment method on a single form. However, there is a work around wherein you will create another form that has a different payment tool and then embed that form using the Iframe Embed widget.

Hope that helps. Thank you.
