I started using Jotform to take order from my clients integrating 2CheckOut. Now from tomorrow i am seeing the order they are placing it shows incomplete payment. So didnt get any notificaiton. But actually they paid using 2Co So after getting notification that i got payment i have to enter here. Check incomplete payment box and mark it complete. Then i am getting email notification.
If it works like that then i don't need to use Jotform in that case if i dont get email. Can anyone please help me here. How i can resolve it? What mistake here i did to setup?
Please let me know.

Can you double check if you had properly set the "Global Settings URL" to your 2checkout account?
If you haven't set the URL to your "Global Settings URL" on your 2checkout account, please set this up so payment submission will also reflect on JotForm submissions. Then please check again and see if you will now receive completed submission in your form including the email notification.
