loading form submission

the form does not load when clicking the button "submission" it get stuck at please wait

As I'm not able to replicate the problem, can you try refreshing your browser and check to see if the submission page persists on failing to load? But if what you mean is that you are trying to submit a form and that you are not able to see your thank you page, can you tell us the link to the page where you are filling up your form so we can inspect?
