My third Matrix Dynamique in the form is not showing up

Hi, in a form I have inserted three equal matrix dynamique. Until today all was working perfectly. But today i can't see the last matrix using google chrome. The problem there isn't if I open jotform with mozilla firefox. 

How can I solve the problem?

All three Matrix Dynamique widgets are conditionally shown in the form. I have tested your form and I don't see any issues with it. You can check this screenshot:
