Account disabled

Hello, 

I was making a form for a mock website, and didn't realize I could not make a password input for my forms. I have deleted the form with the password input, and would like to have my account enabled again.

You are correct, you are not allowed to collect login credentials here in JotForm. This is the reason why your account got suspended by our phishing tool. Please check our terms of use.
