I've checked your form notification and I can see that it is configured correctly. The email recipients are not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that previous notification test failed.
It is possible that you were in the bounce list before and you were able to remove it by yourself.
You might want to check your spam folders or junk mails. Also, this guide might be helpful: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues.
