I'd like to run a survey and give out a unique coupon code on the thank you page when the survey is complete. These codes will be pulled from a list of codes we will generate and supply, and have no sequence.
I've made a clone of https://www.jotform.com/form/20275501410 but am unsure how to replace the {id} with a code from our list, and how to make sure each code only shows once.
Thank you!

Hi,
Which list are you referring to? Are you referring to the list that was saved in your database? If yes, I don't think that's possible unless you have a special URL that shows numbers from your list which can be embedded in your form's thank you page.
The {id} tag in your thank you page would generate the form submissions ID. Each submission has unique submissions ID.
Thanks!
