Why is my embedded form not shown in Firefox 49.0.1?

    It works in Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143 m (64-bit)

    But it is just not shown in Firefox 49.0.1. No errors or exceptions in JS Developer Console

    The form is showing fine for me on Firefox but I kept getting this error.

    For some reason, something is breaking the embedded form script on Firefox. However, when I check the standalone form on Firefox, it is working properly without any unresponsive scripts showing up. I think there's a conflict between the form script and your website scripts. Try to re-embed your form using its iframe embed code, this normally solves the conflict problem.
