Our customers have trouble accessing the form due to a firewall at work. Is there an easy way to fix this on my side?

    Hello Jennifer,

I have a link which includes some answers similar to your question. I think you need to whitelist some names to access the form. Maybe this may be a solution for you, as well.

Hope you find it useful. Thank you.

I have read some of those answers/solutions, but we can't expect our customers to start changing settings on their computer in order to use our form.

Here are some screenshots from mobile. Similar behavior on PC. We can see the form fine, but once you click submit we get untreated site and security certificate errors.

Unfortunately, this seems to be more related to your client's end. It is quite common to universities and office networks to block websites that are not needed on their operations. The is related to a service provider that blocks or filters content on different networks, I believe this is their website:

    This article might also help:

May we know if that is also happening on your network? Have you tried using a personal/home network instead? You could also try connecting to a mobile data.

If this is related to a network security, we can't do much of it, only the IT admin or the network engineer can white list us on their end.

    We'll wait for your response.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Just to give you an update, we have forwarded this issue to our back-end team to contact OpenDNS regarding the blocking of the domain on their end. We will update you on this thread once this has been resolved.

We requested information from the service provider (OpenDNS). We will notify you about updates.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Their answer is:

"Thank you for getting in touch with us at OpenDNS support. I took a look at the domains and are currently not blocked by our security research team.

Based on what I can see in the screenshot you've provided, the current network administrators (BP Digital Security) have specifically blocked in their own customized settings. I would recommend for your customer to reach out to their network administrators to find out why they have chosen to block your domain.

I hope that this helps clarify things for you. Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding this and I'll be glad to help out."
