URGENT: All conditional formatting got deleted; revision history not working.

Somehow, all the conditional formatting of our form was cleared at once, around 12 minutes ago. I do not know what prompted this action, but when I went into the revision history, there was a revision with around 30 'deleted condition's. I would like to revert to the revision before this, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Please advise.

I checked the revision history of your form https://form.jotform.com/62222055454953 and it looks like you have added several more fields since the conditions were removed. Are you still encountering issues while reverting the form to a previous version?

What browser were you using when you encountered the issue? Can you please try using a different browser to see if the revision history feature is still not working?

I would like to ask your permission to do some tests on your form and try using the revision history on our end to revert your form to a previous version before the conditions were deleted. This would help us to see if there are any errors while using the revision history feature.
