Send JotForm when purchase is made through Squarespace eCommerce

I have an eCommerce website that I have created through Squarespace. I have been searching for awhile for a solution to my problem but haven't found one yet. Here's the issue:

I have 4 separate products. When someone purchases a product, they need to be sent a form from JotForm that they can then fill out. Each product requires a different form. So I cannot have an email automatically sent to them with a different link to the form because Squarespace only allows one confirmation email to be sent no matter which product is chosen. I also don't want to embed the form on my site, because it's only for people that have purchased a product. Can you tell me how I might go about integrating these two services and have it automatically send them the correct form when they purchase 1 of the 4 products?

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Hi Joe,

I think creating a form with page breaks should be a reasonable solution based on your needs. You can embed a form where 4 products are listed with a radio button. You can, then, add conditional logic to each button. Through these buttons your customers will be directed to the related pages of the form.

So, think of this as a one form with four separate fields which will be only seen based on the choices of your customers.

Please check our guide about how to create multi page forms. It should be helpful for you. If you can give me further details about how you want your form I can definitely provide further assistance.

Yeah that's actually a good idea. I may actually just add a single question form after a customer purchases an item that asks them which item they bought and have the form send them an email with a link to the appropriate form. Can you place conditional logic on a single question?

Sure you can set multiple conditions on one question. You can use conditions to send different email to your submitter based on their answer, for more information on how to do that please follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer.

If you need further assistance please let us know.

    Thank you!
