Incomplete payments: How to email users to complete the payments?

Hi was this feature ever added?  If not, is there an easier way to email the user with a link to payment information to finish their submission?

Unfortunately we have not received any update form our backend team yet on this feature request. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that one of our developer is already looking into this and we will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

An easier way to achieve this is to add an auto-responder email alert in form with edit link. This will send a clickable link in an email to the user who submitted the form. Clicking on the link will allow user to edit their submission. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date 

Please note that adding auto-responder email alert will send email to all users which submit form irrespective of the payment status.
