I have a form that should send the submission to a different email depending on which location the user picks. This function has worked fine for years, but has recently quit. I tried deleting ALL of the conditions, and ALL of the emails, then recreated everything. Nothing is working. I have also determined that mail for these accounts is working fine outside of Jotform. Thanks!

I checked your emails in our logs, some of them ended in our Bounce list. Below you can find my results with Bounce reasons:
Reason(s) : smtp;550 Mailbox quota exceeded
2. dothannorth@chillyogurt.com:
Reason(s) : Message DeliveryError: Message delivery failed: 550 Administrative prohibition
3. enterprise@chillyogurt.com:
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 Administrative prohibition
4. mobile@chillyogurt.com:
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 Administrative prohibition
I removed all them from the Bounce list so your submissions should go through.
The rest were not in the Bounce list.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. I would advise you to check this guide on how to prevent this issues.
