    Hi,

I don't know why, but I have two types of email notification layout, the first one is way better, put in a table and all. The other is just text, a little bit hard to understand. I don't know why there is a difference and I would like to know how to do to put all my Email notification the first way (see the attachment with AQIISM in the title).

    Thanks

    Hi there,

I've cloned one of your forms to check the notification email's body text and I was able to reproduce the problem you're having. It seems like the html template is somehow collapsed. But I was able to overcome this problem by creating a new Notification email:

Can you try this for yourself and see if it resolves your issue? Also can you tell us that, did you experience this problem on your newly created templates or previously set templates?

    Scott.

    Hi Scott!

thanks a lot for your answer, it seems to work on my side too.

it's a clone of a old form, maybe that was the issue, but I meet this kind of notification a couple of time since a use Jotform and I was wondering why.

    Let's hope this solution works:)

    Thanks

Glad to hear that my colleague's suggestion worked. I believe it is more related to your cloned forms, if the original form had the email template format like that, then the cloned ones will also have that, but you can update them anytime.

The old version of the email wizard has a way of changing the template to a plain text, similar to the one you are having, I believe that's what your old forms had.

In case you encounter the same problem on your new forms (not cloned), then please let us know so that we can investigate further.

    Thank you.
