When I log in to the jotform website I click on my form, then click More then View submissions I only see a blank page. If I use the PDF print button it prints the form with data.
I noticed if I click the cog (settings) and untick hide empty fields I can then see the form but no data even though there is data in it.
I have tried on 3 pcs and used Explorer and Chrome to test but it does not work. currently it is only working on another PC.

I've checked your account.
Firstly, I advise you to enable Europe option as you can see the screenshot below in order to store your data in Europe.
Open your account settings and then click on the Data tab on the left.
After, I've managed to see your submissions as you can see in the following screenshot:
