Minhas respostas dos formulários não estão chegando ao meu email

    Bom Dia.

     

    Nenhuma das minhas respostas de formulário estão chegando ao meu email como antes qual seria o problema?

    Your primary email address has been bounce listed, this is the reason why you are no longer getting the form emails. 

    I've fixed this to our end. You are using Hotmail, Hotmail has the option to block email addresses. Please check if noreply@jotform.com was added there and if so, add it to your safe sender list. This would prevent the problem from happening again. 

    In Hotmail website, go to the following:

    Settings > Options > Mail > Junk Emails > Safe Sender > Add noreply@jotform.com > Save:
