    Hi,

    I have cloned your form to investigate it further. The list is indeed working pretty slowly. As far as I see there are lots of broken conditions due to some missing fields. This should be the cause of your issue.

    Can you please re-check your conditions? When the conditions work properly you should no longer have this issue. Please check and see if the issue still persists.
